Terms of Service

2.2 — Scope of Services. SiteVisionCraft provides web design, UI/UX design systems, responsive development, micro-interaction design, landing page builds, e-commerce storefront design, accessibility audits, user flow optimization, and aesthetic clarity services as described on our website.
2.3 — Project Engagement. All projects begin upon written confirmation and receipt of any applicable deposit. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.
2.4 — Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
2.5 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. SiteVisionCraft retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect.
2.6 — Limitation of Liability. SiteVisionCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
2.7 — Termination. Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

Refund Policy
4.1 — Eligibility. SiteVisionCraft offers refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that work has not yet commenced.
4.2 — Work Commenced. If work on a project has commenced with your explicit consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal is waived for the portion of services already delivered. Refunds for partially completed work are calculated proportionally based on the project milestone achieved.
4.3 — Deposit Payments. Initial deposits are non-refundable once project scoping and resource allocation have begun. Deposits secure project scheduling and are applied to the final invoice.
4.4 — Deliverable Dissatisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, SiteVisionCraft will provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost within the original project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are subject to additional fees as outlined in the project proposal.
4.5 — Refund Process. To request a refund, contact SiteVisionCraft at [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4.6 — Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before escalating to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Murcia, Spain.
